Meditation Instruction

Creating a meditation practice is the cheapest, most effective way to make a positive difference
in your life. It is also one of the most difficult. Creating the discipline to sit for 15 minutes each day
and meditate takes dedication and trust. However, the benefits are enormous:

Meditation is simply focusing on one thing, whether it be a candle flame, a word or mantra, your breath, or a visualization. As simple as that sounds, it is difficult to do, and takes practice. Meditation instruction is helpful because there is someone there to walk you through the process of finding a meditation technique that you enjoy, lead you in a meditation, and answer any questions you have. Most people want to know if they are “doing it right”. It’s nice to have some there to bounce issues and ideas off. My meditation instruction can be one on one or in a group setting. I provide CDs for you to use afterwards to help establish a meditation routine.
